It has a balcony and the apartment gets plenty of sunlight. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. The top of the building has a Jacuzzi along with a solarium to get a sun tan. There is also a BBQ (parilla) if you want to grill out during the warmer months.
