This luxury apartment is located in a very nice part of Recoleta. It is 4 blocks from the Recoleta cemetery. It is an impeccable apartment and has many unique characteristics and features like high ceilings, original openings, original oak flooring and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is very charming and the location is amazing. It is located on a corner of the building so all sides of the apartment get sunlight. This is a first class property.
The apartment is professionally designed and features European furniture and all the amenities of home. It is very spacious with over 700 sq. feet of living space. There are many restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood and there is a major grocery store around the corner which makes it very convenient for groceries, snacks, beverages and supplies.
The master bathroom was recently renovated in June/July 2007 and it is wall to wall marble. All the fixtures are new and the finish out is very high end and luxurious.
This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few nights. Our company owns another luxury apartment (A3) in this building and manages several nice apartments in the same area which is perfect if you are coming with family or friends and want to stay in the same building or area.

You can pay a one-time charge of $50 plus an additional fee of $3/day and we will set up a local number for you to use with your area-code so your friends can call you as if you were in the same city. Or you can conduct business and no one will know you have left town. Please set this up before you arrive as it takes time to set up. If you decide you want an IP phone, email us ahead of time so we can provide you with the #.
If you opt not to pay the u$s 6/night fee for this phone, you may still call anywhere in the world (including the USA) at the posted rates in our property. Our rates are much lower than the internet cafes, with the convenience of calling from your apartment. All calls to the USA will be billed at a rate of 0.25 cents per minute plus tax. All incoming calls will be billed at 0.15 cents a minute if you opt not to pay the daily fee for this phone.

I wanted to tell you about our experience with your company and with apartment A2. First, the apartment was beautiful. The online photo’s don’t do it justice. The high ceilings, gleaming wood floors, amazingly large, comfortable bed and charm of the building really made our trip enjoyable. The location was fantastic. Close to cafés, restaurants, shopping, local attractions, and subways. Having a large grocery store right around the corner was so convenient. We always felt very safe and part of the neighborhood. Even on nights we stayed out too late and chose to walk home. Although we rarely used them, I especially appreciated the quality of the television and stereo. Having two air conditioners and a washer/dryer in our apartment was a luxury. Overall the apartment exceeded our expectations.
I was skeptical and unsure about what to expect of our first experience renting an apartment versus staying in a hotel. It was a great experience. You saw to our every need, from transportation to the apartment from the airport; to providing an IP phone, and internet service. We did have one issue with the air conditioner and with the maid service. However, you promptly and generously provided resolution. Thank you so much!

This apartment (A2) was better than expected and a bargain compared to a hotel. I really loved the location and especially loved the fact that the Coto grocery store was right next door. The building is beautiful and the apartment had a great set up. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and I already miss it. The high speed wireless internet worked flawlessly as did the USA phone line. Congratulations for such a wonderful set up and a wonderful staff. Everyone was terrific during my stay! I recently started going to Buenos Aires about every 3 or 4 months. What a fabulous place!! The food, nightlife, ice cream and people make me addicted to the place!
The first time I went I had stayed in hotels in Puerto Madero and the Centro and it was fun, but the next time I wanted a different experience. Even though hotels give you as much service as they can...I was craving for more privacy. Because the nightlife in Argentina runs so late (until sometimes 7 in the morning) it was weird to be going to the hotel that early. In short, I just didn’t feel comfortable. So I became addicted to searching for a place where I could stay that I could call my own (at least for a while). Then the answer to all my hard work searching....APARTMENTBA.COM. The staff at ApartmentsBA are the most beautiful and helpful people I have encountered. I adore Mariana, Mike, Belen, Agustina, Ana, and all the housekeepers!!
The first time I stayed with ApartmentsBA was in apartment - A2 - in the Recoleta neighborhood!!!! This apartment was so gorgeous...with everything anyone could need. I had wireless internet, phone, and the CELL PHONE that they give you for free to use during your stay there...HEAVEN!!! Everything is for your convenience...and customer care is their number one priority. Even my boyfriend (who is a resident of the capital and has lived in Buenos Aires his whole life) wanted to move in and never leave.
The second time I stayed in Buenos Aires really tested their customer care. My flight had been delayed for a day because of mechanical problems in the USA. The thing was I had arranged transportation to pick me up the day I was supposed to arrive. Since the delay of my flight here in the states...I wouldn’t be there for Ana (the lady who picks you up!!) would probably be stressed out and worried. So of course I called every office number they have in Argentina and the USA and everyone's cell phone and email everyone...BUT I WAS FLYING IN ON A SATURDAY AND THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS AND NOBODY PICKED UP THIER PHONES. So here I was majorly freaking out!!!!!!!!! But then here comes my savior MIKE (the owner of this company!!). I left a voicemail message and he got the voicemail message and immediately called me back. He tells me everything is ok and lets me know not to worry that he we arrange everything. WHAT A SAVIOR!!! So basically Mike arranged everything for me in about an hour so that when I arrived on my correct day I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. When I finally made it...I stayed in the Barrio Norte neighborhood in apartment - B2. You can just read all my praise that I wrote for the first apartment and just mentally copy it here. EVERYTHING WAS SO PRETTY...THE RED WALLS WERE AMAZING!! I adored the feel of this apartment...and plus the shopping mall ABASTO was only about 7 blocks away!!! It was the most perfect location.
You can ask BELEN (she always checks me in and out of the apartment) how messy i am whenever i leave... ApartmentsBA.com caters to your every need and helps you with everything possible...you would think that such first class service deserves a lot of money but ApartmentsBA.com properties are in different price ranges...they have every kind of place for every kind of budget...its wonderful and much cheaper than a hotel !!!!!!!!
