This apartment is in a newer building one block from the Recoleta Village. It is very spacious with over 750 sq. feet (70 sq. meters). It has a balcony and the apartment gets plenty of sunlight. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. This is a true 5 star property.
The apartment couldn't be better located. You walk out your door and you are one block from the Recoleta Village. The apartment has modern amenities like a video phone with camera to the front door and the ability to open the door from your apartment and see your guest. Most buildings in the city you must go down for food deliveries or to open the door for guests. There is a doorman during the day .
This loft apartment is very modern with all new furniture and electronics. This building is a good option for people that usually stay at the near by expensive hotels.
