The old button factory is located on the quiet side of swinging Palermo Soho, but is within easy walking distance to the center of the action. The apartment’s tranquility is enhanced by being located off-street. Taxis and public transit links to Recoleta neighborhood (Fine Art Museum, Opera and more) and to downtown Buenos Aires are also right at hand.

The spacious (80 sq. meter or 860 sq. ft.) ground-level loft apartment with 20 foot-high ceiling opens onto a fully furnished garden patio. Outfitted for luxurious comfort and style: Marcel Breuer chairs with sheep fleece throws, custom designed furniture, top-rated firm queen mattress in loft bedroom, the finest queen sofa-bed in Argentina on the main floor and a fully equipped kitchen. There are delightful surprises through out the apartment with original fine art and craftwork from traditional and contemporary internationally-recognized Argentine artisans.

Further amenities: privacy blinds in loft bedroom; home theater system with iPod connector cable; CD and DVD player and radio; writing desk; safe that accommodates two laptop computers; ceiling fans and custom climate control; bright reading lamps throughout; close-up mirror and hairdryer in bathroom; cable TV with CNN in English and BBC; a cell phone; high-speed wireless internet and Vonage IP phone service for unlimited free calls to and from the USA, Canada, England, Ireland, France, Germany and Italy; 110 and 220V electric current, local land line phone; candles and even matches.
