The one bedroom apartment is in a brand new building and has been completely renovated into a 5 star property.  No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment.   Most of the furnishings are imported from Europe or hand crafted.  The apartment has sliding glass doors separating the balcony area from the living room.    The apartment also features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a small bar, a large L-shaped Couch/Sofa Bed, and a 32 inch Samsung LCD TV.

The bedroom features a Queen Size bed with a high quality mattress.  The view from the bedroom is spectacular and you can walk out onto the large private balcony for day tanning or a romantic night under the stars.  The Terrace also features a bamboo wall and centerpiece fountain/waterfall which provides a peaceful pleasant atmosphere.    

The apartment suits all your business needs as well including high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. 

There is a USA phone with a New York City number and you can make and receive unlimited complimentary calls to the USA/Canada.  Also, your friends/family members/business associates only need to call a NYC number and they can reach you in Buenos Aires with NO international long-distance charges.  Two GSM cell phones are also included for your convenience.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights.  Our company manages several apartments in the building if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same area.

TimeOut Magazine recommends Miranda and Mandarin, the two restaurants right on the corner as some of the best restaurants in the city.  Miranda is well known for its Ojo en el Bife Steak and other dishes from the parilla.  Miranda is known for its fine dining and deluxe atmosphere.  In the mood for pizza Baraka on the corner also makes some great pies and empanadas. 

You will never eat alone since the restaurants we have mentioned all share the same corner, Fitz Roy and Costa Rica and are always crowded with a nice crowd of upscale locals and well experienced tourists.  Within a few blocks in any direction are numerous other well known hot spots, like Roxy Club, Osaka, Dashi, Rey el Vinos, Trapiche, La Dorita, and the famous Unico bar with Heineken on tap.
