A classical beauty! Located in one of Palermo’s most elegant buildings, built at the turn of the century (C20) in the French style - which is such an architectural delight in Buenos Aires - this apartment has charm, beautiful features and all the space you could want!

A ground-floor apartment which fronts onto the Botanical gardens and, to the rear, onto a private, paved, sunlit-filled courtyard with a raised central flower bed and above, magnificent balconies full of greenery and flowering plants. The entry door is an original, curved, antique wooden door from the communal hallway, within 2 sets of substantial doors and guarded by a ‘portero’, for security. Opening onto the living/dining area with a large window letting in plenty of light, a period fireplace, immensely high ceilings with elegant moldings and a gleaming wood floor, the whole will take your breath away.

The sitting area has a designer sofa, a large, custom-made coffee table, 2 chairs, a floor lamp to read by and a book case with a selection of books - both guide books for exploring Argentina, and novels to while away a quiet afternoon. The dining table is made of a local wood and there are 4 upholstered chairs – on the walls there are some unique works of art, which add color and interest to the décor.

The kitchen is separate and spacious. It has a service door from the back hall, and a window which looks onto the gorgeous courtyard. Everything the ambitious chef requires is in this kitchen: stove, microwave, marble counters, fridge and every small appliance - in addition there are 2 seats at an island, either for setting up a meal, taking a coffee, or eating a snack. A self contained laundry with washer and dryer is close to the kitchen.

Both bedrooms have super comfy, double beds and their own bathrooms, excellent closet space, fine linens and the master suite has a TV. The very generous closets are at loft level allowing maximum space in the bedrooms.
