At the back of the building, overlooking the beautifully landscaped back, with decking around the pool, a patio area and lawn and some specimen trees – including a mature Cedar for shade – this apartment is in a lovely situation for a relaxing vacation.

A 2-person studio with loft and balcony in a very accessible neighborhood, Palermo Hollywood is charming, friendly and the apartment is close to food shops, cafes and bars and near to Avenida Santa Fe where public transport – or a taxi – will take you to anywhere you want to get to in Buenos Aires.

Entering into the 6th floor apartment there is a modern kitchen with an extensive, glass topped counter and 4 bar stools for dining, looking at maps, writing a journal or eating the gourmet meal – which you can easily have delivered in Buenos Aires! There is gas stove with stainless steel hood, a microwave, and plenty of cookware. Lots of windows give light and ventilation, providing a through breeze to the sliding glass doors, which open onto the balcony at the other end of the living room. This balcony has a pair of chairs for sitting out and enjoying a pleasant evening.

The sitting area around a coffee table has a comfortable, designer sofa, and a contemporary leather arm chair. Opposite the sofa is a wood cabinet with a TV and DVD player, some books and DVDs. Stairs lead from this area to the loft with a king-sized bed, a good closet with safe, and an office area with plenty of desk space and equipped with WiFi, and an executive chair. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower all elegantly tiled in cream tiles, and separate from the sink area for added privacy and convenience.

The building is modern and located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a security guard, and 2 elevators for your convenience. The entry into the building has a water feature and is beautifully planted and gives access to the terraced area, a lawn and a pool with deck and plenty of sun loungers.

A very convenient place to relax and enjoy a vacation – or some weeks on business – and yet close to everything else you need.
