This beautiful, unique and spacious house/apartment is on 2 floors with its own front courtyard in Palermo Soho. There is one living level on the first floor and and an additional area, a large roof terrace for dining, taking the sun, and relaxing, along with the master suite, on the second floor.

Approaching from the street via an elegant colonial-style wooden door into an exterior passage, you enter into the luxury accommodation through another impressive door to your own courtyard. Tropical flowers and bamboo plants decorate this space and you will find a table and chairs for taking coffee or tea, reading, relaxing - or simply sitting and dreaming in the shade on a hot day. Glorious antique French-doors open from the living area onto this space, which has the privacy of a 20 foot wall.

The colorful main room has a sitting area with an L-shaped sofa and 2 chairs, reading lamps and an entertainment area – TV, DVD, a sound system, and WiFi - and a coffee table sitting on a designer rug. The floors throughout are gleaming polished wood - shown to their exceptional best by an Argentine gaucho rug and there is a console displaying a selection of books to add to enjoyment of Buenos Aires, and to provide storage for any items you may have brought with you. The apartment is also provided with a safe.

Here you can relax, order in a meal or enjoy the facilities of the magnificent kitchen provided with everything a gourmet chef needs to provide a meal-to-die for. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances, luxury china, crystal and silverware. An antique table – once the pride of an Argentine estancia (ranch) – with 4 chairs, is just the style to delight in the cuisine of Argentina!! Fitting in with the artworks and the exposed brick wall – 1 and a half times regular room height - is a wooden staircase leading to the second floor. Off this entrancing living area with its clocks, and cars and plenty of daylight from the courtyard, is a bedroom with double bed, closet space and a door to the courtyard. A full bathroom is on the first floor decorated in contemporary style with luxury tile and fittings.

The master suite is on the second floor, it has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom – located down a couple of steps - and with tub and shower with glass doors, and its own extensive closet. The bedroom also has a desk and chair and many fascinating photos of Argentina in a bygone era, part of the charm of this special place! From the space between the bedroom and the top of the stairs there is a laundry and storage area, and the door onto the roof terrace.

The terrace is a place where everyone can gather to eat, relax, read or sunbathe or prepare a typical Argentine meal on the parilla (the grill) There is also a sink and a preparation area and a shower to cool off after sitting in the sun for a spell. Plants decorate and add color and privacy and yet you are not more than 100 yards from all that Palermo has to offer! All the makings of a wonderful vacation!
