This elegant duplex apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of Palermo (not far from Palermo Soho--- please see location map below).   Turn left out the front door of the intimate six-unit building and you’re one block from the Avenida Santa Fe with two nearby subway stations, the Jardin Botanica (Botanic Garden), and the charming Buenos Aires  zoo.

The lakes and woods of Palermo are just a short walk further.  In the evening, you can turn right for a short stroll to the heart of Palermo Soho and its chic shopping, innovative fashions, and many of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

The two-story unit features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the entire space with light throughout the day.
