Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano.  It is  spacious with over 538  sq. feet (50 sq. meters).   The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to it’s location on a high floor.   The view of the city both day and night is amazing.

The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007.  The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 25^th floor of the building.   The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna.

It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment.   No expense was spared furnishing this apartment.   The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment.

The bedroom features a King size bed with a Four Seasons Presidential suite mattress.  There is a balcony off the living room.  Both feature an amazing view of the city.   There is a flat screen LCD  TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

The apartment features a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.  There is a USA phone with a New York City number and you can make and receive unlimited complimentary calls to the USA/Canada *.  Also, your friends/family members/business associates only need to call a NYC number and they can reach you in Buenos Aires with NO international long-distance charges.

If you opt not to pay the u$s 6 /night fee for this phone, you may still call anywhere in the world (including the USA) at the posted rates in our property.  Our rates are much lower than the internet cafes, with the convenience of calling from your apartment.  All calls to the USA will be billed at a rate of 0.25 cents per minute plus tax. All incoming calls will be billed at 0.20 cents a minute if you opt not to pay the daily fee for this phone.
