Our Guest Services team is responsible for ensuring a seamless arrival for our mutual guests - from coordinating arrival details to staging each apartment prior to each arrival. We know the arrival process can be long and tiring so we do our best to make sure the check-in procedure is as stress-free as possible.

Car Rentals If you decide to rent a vehicle during your vacation, your Personal Concierge will recommend one of our preferred suppliers and make the booking for you.

Meet and Greet
Your Personal Concierge ensures a seamless arrival by coordinating, in advance, your entire party's flight details with our on-site greeters. The arrival process at every destination is different, but always stress-free with the procedures provided to you before you leave. All guests are shown the apartment ins and outs, given important contact numbers and local information by our team of guest services representatives.

Pre-Stocking
Send us a list of your favorite snacks and beverages and we'll have them waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive at the apartment.
