Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano in the heart of Soho. It is spacious with over 1,076 sq. feet (100 sq. meters) of both indoor and outdoor space. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to it’s location on the top floor of the building. The unit is actually a triplex unit. The living room and kitchen are on the lower level which leads up to the bedroom and then there is a spiral staircase that leads to the totally private terrace area. There is also a balcony off the living room as well with a built in bench and chair.
The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in September 2007. The building is located on a quiet tree lined street. There is a modern elevator that goes up to this Penthouse apartment. There is also a covered garage space included for those that have a car.
It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end custom made for this apartment. Although it’s a new building the owner has completed renovated the unit including the kitchen, bathroom and private roof-top terrace area.
The living room features a 36 inch LCD flat screen TV with extensive cable package as well as a private desk with high-speed Internet access. There is a private balcony off the living room. The bedroom features a King size bed with a Four Seasons Presidential suite mattress. There is a 36' LCD tv as well as DVD in the bedroom area as well. Air conditioning is provided throughout the apartment. There are electric black out blinds that cover the floor to ceiling windows.
This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns or manages several apartments in the same area if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same area.
