A 2-person* apartment in a modern building of contemporary design, in Palermo Soho, up above the cobbled street, amongst the tops of the giant plane trees in this charming neighborhood. On the top floor of this building, the apartment boasts not only a balcony to the front but also a roof terrace - which is private, and provides an entirely new living area for this deceptively spacious apartment.

Within the building, which has porterage/security the elevator takes you to a walk-way above the open courtyard and then into your luxury apartment. As you enter the living space you are almost overwhelmed with light coming in from front and back of the apartment, though a 2-storey wall of windows and a balcony overlooking the street, and a window from the kitchen giving onto the courtyard. The neat, elegant and efficient kitchen is finished with black marble counter tops and with stainless appliances and a counter/breakfast bar for 2, with stools.

The whole is floored in cool tiles and includes a dining table with 4 chairs, thoughtfully provided so you can entertain, and the ample sofa allows you and guests – or 2 people stretched out - to watch the TV or read in comfort. The wooden coffee table, matching so much of this Argentine décor, sits between the sofa and the wall unit which has a TV and there are twin computer desks and chairs so 2 can catch up on mail –or even business should that be part of the plan for the visit!

A wall of sliding glass doors opens on to the large balcony with outdoor furniture, a built-in bench and with overhead shade and planters full of greenery for that tropical feeling.

Upstairs in the loft is the king sized bed and also a TV and a lovely bathroom with ultra-modern tiling, with tub and shower. At this level a glass door opens onto a small balcony with a spiral staircase going up to the sumptuous roof terrace where there is furniture for lounging in the sun, or reading in the shade.

Everything you could need is in this apartment, including being in the heart of this desirable district, with HVAC, WiFi and luxurious fixtures and fittings.

Our rates are much lower than the internet cafes, with the convenience of calling from your apartment. All calls to the USA will be billed at a rate of 0.25 cents per minute plus tax. All incoming calls will be billed at 0.15 cents a minute if you opt not to pay the daily fee for this phone.
