In a beautiful new high-rise building in Palermo this luxury apartment on the 18th floor is a dream come true! With fabulous views over the city from its spacious balcony this huge studio apartment is spell binding – from the gleaming hardwood floors to the elegant white décor - and the blue of the sky above and the pool below! The high-speed elevator whisks you to your apartment on the 18th floor – and what a wonderful surprise as you open the front door and find your luxury accommodation! Immediately in front of you there is the effect of a foyer, with a large mirrored closet opposite the font door and the beautiful wooden room-divider which hides the bed from the door area as you enter into the apartment. The king sized bed has luxury linens in crisp white and is next to a fully tiled bathroom in light grey granite with tub and shower with a glass door and excellent lighting. All lamps and paintwork, and coffee maker, blender, and toaster follow the white theme – sitting on the granite counter top - and the overall effect is one of designer elegance and luxury.

Once inside the main room the outstanding feature is the balcony and the view over the city. A floor to ceiling glass wall gives as much light as anyone could wish for - and for privacy and coziness at night there are both blinds and curtains. There are 2 doors that open onto the balcony for you to enjoy the blue skies and the view over Buenos Aires or the the twinkling lights of the city and the stars at night. A futon sits opposite the TV which is on a console with the WiFi and a sound system, and a large island between the sitting area and the kitchen has 4 stools and provides a dining area for breakfast or lunch and a preparation area should you decide to make dinner in the exquisite gourmet kitchen provided with everything you could need in the way of dishes, glass and small appliances. The stove and refrigerator are new and stainless steel.

There is a laundry room in the building and a magnificent gym on the top floor with views that are endlessly interesting – including all of the main architectural features of Buenos Aires – and even beyond on a clear day! At ground level there is a wonderful lap pool for cooling off at the end of a day's sightseeing, or simply taking time out to relax in a sun lounger on the expansive deck in the beautifully manicured gardens.
