This apartment occupies the entire 17th floor, and is reached by a private elevator, and service personnel have their own private lift and entry into the apartment. As the apartment has360 degree views over the city there is always sunlight or shade, and for those super bright days there are floor to ceiling blinds for shade and to keep the apartment cool and comfortable.

The entry into the apartment is right into the living room, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a TV and sound system, and books and games available for your entertainment. There is a fine wood dining table with 6 chairs, for those gourmet meals and the preparation in the stainless steel fitted kitchen makes every endeavor a pleasure. There is a wine rack/storage in the kitchen and all the appliances you could want. There is a laundry area off the kitchen with a washer/dryer and laundry sink.

The bedrooms are all on the same floor and the master suite is huge with a massive bedroom and a bathroom with every luxury fixture and fitting you could dream of. The tiling is custom designed and executed by master craftsmen. There is a TV in this bedroom as there is in one of the 2 guest bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and the other has exclusive use of the bathroom although it is located as a hall bath.
