On the 20th floor of this ultramodern building - completed in 2009 - this spacious corner apartment offers the most wonderful views over Buenos Aires. Based in very popular Palermo, you can see eastwards over the micro-centro (business center of the city), to the south looking towards the Rio Plata (River Plate) and from the balcony you can sit facing westwards and enjoy magnificent sunsets, and even see beyond the city to the town of San Isidro and the Parana delta at Tigre!
The large living room is full of light from floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides, gleaming wood floors, and there is a sitting area with futon sofa, coffee table, book shelves and a cabinet with TV. There is an antique wooden dining table with an artistic, local Argentine, quebracho weaving displayed on it and 6 chairs. Offering fantastic views there is yet another sitting area of 2 chairs and a designer coffee table by the windows.
The kitchen lines one side of the living space, with everything that is needed by the gourmet cook to prepare meals to remember, with local Argentine produce available in the shops that abound in Palermo. Fresh produce, farm shops, bakeries and confiterias, winerys and restaurants that will deliver everything from pizza to ice cream!
The bedroom is next to the bathroom which is spacious and modem and has bath and shower and lots of shelf space and is beautifully tiled in cream tiles and full of mirrored walls. There is a large fitted closet in the bedroom and a fitted bed head with side tables and reading lamps and a door to the balcony and the rest of the wall in glass giving spectacular views.
