There are 4 elevators to choose from and 24 hour security guards on duty so this building stands out as something special in Palermo. This desirable and interesting neighborhood has some of the best restaurants and bars in Buenos Aires, and it also has a great many designer boutiques, art galleries, and antique shops, for days of wandering and window shopping . It is close to the Buenos Aires Botanical gardens and the Palermo zoo, with its famous family of white tigers, and you can easily reach the other major sites in the city by public transport, subway or bus, or one of the many taxis.

Entry into the apartment is directly into the main living room, with light flooding in from the end wall of windows and glass doors onto the balcony. The gleaming wood floors reflect the light and the light décor along with designer lights and lamps, for the evenings. Immediately inside the room is a dining area with an elegant black-glass table and 4 upholstered white leather chairs. There is a sitting area with a sofa bed and a coffee table, and a room divider – to separate this space from the bedroom area – with a TV which can face either section. There is a good sized closet, shelves and hanging space and a safe, and additional storage under the king-sized bed.

The whole apartment is decorated in neutral colors with ceramics and artwork on the walls and some exquisite watercolors. The kitchen is a separate room off the main room and is spacious and very well laid out. The gourmet chef will be delighted as it has stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove with hood, washing machine with dryer, microwave, coffee maker and juicer – and everything else needed to make that delicious dinner! The floor of the kitchen is tiled and the counters are granite, a door leads to the balcony which allows in the breeze – or step outside and admire the city by day - and at night marvel at the colored lights of a city alive 24 hours - under a starry sky.

The bathroom has light colored tiling, and a marble counter with sink and a shelf under and the tub/shower has a glass door and one wall is mirrored – the whole giving a feeling of pampered luxury!
