Located in the Recoleta neighborhood—considered to be the most elegant and vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this luxury apartment is just one block from the Recoleta Village. It is very spacious with over 1,000 sq. feet (93 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on a higher floor. It features a blend of Japanese minimalism and some of the local architecture. It has sliding glass doors separating some rooms. The apartment has it's own private entryway off the elevator for maximum privacy and the elevator can be locked to prevent access. There is also a service entrance in the kitchen for cleaning staff and food delivery staff.

It has a balcony with a tranquil view. The apartment is located on the back of the building so there is no street noise. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment. Most of the furnishings are imported from Europe.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to its own private balcony. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a King size bed as well. There is a totally renovated master bathroom with marble throughout the bathroom. The bathroom also features a very expensive custom made bathtub with rainfall shower from the ceiling. There is also a full bathroom in the office as well as an additional guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.

The business center has a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. There is a USA phone with a New York City number and you can make and receive unlimited calls to the USA/Canada Also, your friends/family members/business associates only need to call a NYC number and they can reach you in Buenos Aires with NO international long-distance charges. The business center has it’s own full bathroom with custom-made rainfall shower from the ceiling with wood deck flooring.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns or manages several apartments in the area if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same area.

This was one of the most expensive renovations in our company's history. The amount spent on renovating and furnishing this apartment alone is more than the cost to purchase some apartments here in Buenos Aires.

If you opt not to pay the u$s 6 /night fee for this phone, you may still call anywhere in the world (including the USA) at the posted rates in our property. Our rates are much lower than the internet cafes, with the convenience of calling from your apartment. All calls to the USA will be billed at a rate of 0.25 cents per minute plus tax. All incoming calls will be billed at 0.15 cents a minute if you opt not to pay the daily fee for this phone.
