The design of the building is French but inside this ultra-special apartment has been up-dated to 21st century standards with state of the art fixtures and fittings.

The elevator takes you to an apartment with its own welcoming foyer, beautifully fitted with art works and storage space, and immediately the exquisite parquet flooring gleams and shines and speaks of quality. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment – warm in winter and cool in summer. At the other end of the open plan living and dining area is a door on to a balcony over-looking the fashionable shopping district of Recoleta, where boutiques and shops selling leather goods, restaurants and cafes and entertainment are never-ending!

The glass dining table seats 8 on white leather chairs, for eating those gourmet meals cooked at home, or when dining in and taking advantage of one of the delights of Buenos Aires – meals delivered at any hour of the day or night - maybe even just a snack of ice-cream! In this combination living area there are also a sofa and chairs grouped around the media center s a TV – plus DVD player – and a sound system. The designer coffee table makes a family grouping – or guest get-together - comfortable and relaxing.

There are 2 double rooms as well as the master bedroom and each has comfortable high quality mattresses for your rest and relaxation, beautiful built-in closets and TVs. The 2 guest rooms also have glass doors to balconies offering an abundance of natural light and sights of the city. The master bedroom has it’s own en-suite, marble-tiled bathroom, and the 2 guest bedrooms share a large magnificently tiled bathroom with bath and shower, WC and bidet, and sink on a beautiful counter top. Each bathroom is state-of-the art. In addition, there is a single room plus its own half bath, ideal for a child or overnight guest or a member of a large family, or perhaps to use as an office, as it has plenty of counter space and is away from the main living area and ideal for those who may need to keep in touch with their business. Every possible need and combination is catered for in this truly special, luxury accommodation.

The kitchen is light, airy and a dream for the gourmet cook – it has counters of granite, a double sink, fridge, microwave and every possible small appliance you can think to use on vacation.
