4 person apartment in 2 double bedrooms - each with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Located in older French-style building on the 3rd floor, with windows opening on 3 sides for through breezes.

The entrance into this apartment is beautiful. Immediately you can sense the tranquility of the building and the spaciousness of the apartment. Everything - from the polished parquet floors - with their decorative black outline inserts, to the paint, the furniture and the decorative artworks, is themed and in harmony. A large living room/dining room combination is in the one massive communal area. The ceilings are extremely high meaning that it is cool on the hottest summer day and while there is AC there are windows on 3 sides of the apartment to allow for any breath of air to be enjoyed inside.

From the square entry hall is the way in to the kitchen which is large enough to prepare a meal for many friends and guests. The counters are granite and there is a breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs and a washing machine. The fridge/freezer is stainless steel, as it the gas stove with 6 burners and large oven, and a double stainless steel sink and every small appliance you could want to prepare food at home. The room is light and airy as there are windows on 2 sides of the room. There is also a half bath off this area.

A wide, serving counter at bar height, has been well designed to pass though delicacies into the dining area and serve food for people to eat at the large dining table, which has 6 dining chairs - but could easily seat 8-10! The table is glass topped and the chairs black wood upholstered in cream leather. The black trim is a copy of the floor lines and goes through to the sitting area where there is a large, oversize black leather sofa, spacious and comfortable and a glass top coffee table. Opposite the sofa are 2 huge armchairs for easy relaxing and group conversation or just burrowing down with a book, or watching the wall mounted TV at the end of the room.

Two designer frosted glass light fittings hang from the ceiling, one over the dining table and one over the sitting area. On the walls are lots of textile exhibits, many representing work done by Argentine and Andean people. There is also a selection of clay and ceramic decorative pots and dishes which represents a clear interest in the history of the peoples of Argentina.

Bedrooms are directly off the main living room but both are so large you would not notice if someone stayed up watching TV after others had retired. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, and are furnished with TVs, phones, alarm clocks and have AC units and their own bathrooms. The master, so called because it is slightly larger, has a bathroom with tub and shower over, a standing sink, and an oval window - which adds a touch of olde world charm, in total contrast to the very modern fixtures and fittings in the

bathroom itself! This bedroom has a side table with the Wi-Fi and an extra set of drawers, as well as a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The is a window on each side of the room for fresh air and a cross breeze.

The guest bedroom has a corner unit with TV, a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, a king size bed and a window looking towards the garden of the building.
