The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007. The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 20th floor of the building. The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna.
It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. Most of the furnishings are imported from Europe.
The bedroom has a King size bed. There is a balcony off the living room. There is a plasma TV in both the living room and the bedroom.
