PALERMO SOHO / VIEJO / HOLLYWOOD ATTRACTIONS
One of the most requested regions for tourists visiting Buenos Aires, Palermo Soho, Palermo Viejo and Palermo Hollywood can easily be defined as the city's trendiest neighborhoods. Scattered with designer boutiques and some of the top restaurants in the city, these Soho and Hollywood districts have experienced a real estate boom in the last few years with many new modern buildings popping up – nicely blending the area's classic boho charm with modern luxuries.
Architecture Palermo Viejo was a typical “porteño” neighbourhood with leafy streets and typical old houses During the 80’s, when the pubs opened in Cortázar Square, these houses were recycled with a particular style: progressive, national, and popular.
Street Stores If you rule out shopping, eat and drinking (all covered below) Palermo Soho is a little light on things to do. However, it’s a pleasant place just to stroll, people-watch and window shop. For best results, go on a weekend, when street markets in the area are at their best.
Jardin Botanico The botanical garden blooms with over 3000 tree and plant species, Roman-style sculptures, floating lily pads on still ponds and an antique iron-and-glass greenhouse - first shown at the 1900 Paris Exhibition.

Plaza SerranoThis is the bohemian heart of Palermo Viejo. During the day, not much goes on here, but at night this plaza comes alive with young people gathering to drink, celebrate, sing, dance, play guitar, and just generally enjoy being alive.

It is a little tricky when despite all the information you receive from the internet, you have no choice but to trust that what you will arrive to matches what you are promised. In the case of Apartments BA, our expectations far excelled that. Our service was attentive, polite, prompt and very professional. And to make sure that it was, the president of the company, Michael Koh, followed every bit of communication with a personal follow up. All of our emails were answered within minutes, and the services that we chose, such as airport transfers and other arrangements worked like clockwork. In addition, the property was fabulous--extremely well maintained, stunning, and with state of the art amenities. Upon our arrival there was a minor issue with a door that was taken care of immediately and for the inconvenience there was a gigantic bouquet of flowers at the apartment... later on upon check out, the office had voluntarily deducted a substantial amount of the rental. How often does that happen? Sincerely, this was the best experience I've had of this nature, and I've rented places quite a bit. I highly commend the team at ApartmentsBA and highly reccomend their services.
