This luxury apartment is located in a very nice part of Recoleta. It is 4 blocks from the Recoleta cemetery.  It is an impeccable apartment and has many unique characteristics and features like high ceilings, original openings, original oak flooring and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is very charming and the location is amazing.  It is located on a corner of the building so all sides of the apartment get sunlight. This is a first class property.

The apartment is professionally designed and features European furniture and all the amenities of home.  It is very spacious with over 700 sq. feet of living space.  There are many restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood and there is a major grocery store around the corner which makes it very convenient for groceries, snacks, beverages and supplies.

The bedroom is extremely comfortable with a King size bed as well as plenty of closet space. There is a 36' LCD TV with cable with English language stations as well as a DVD player.   There is also an alarm clock radio that you can use to play your iPod or iPhone on.

The master bathroom was recently renovated in July 2007 and  is very high end and luxurious.  There is also a new Sofa bed that converts to a comfortable bed if you need to accomodate 2 additional guests in the living room.  The living room has a TV and so does the bedroom.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few nights.  Our company owns another luxury apartment (A3)  in this building and manages several nice apartments in the same area which is perfect if you are coming with family or friends and want to stay in the same building or area.

If you decide you want an IP phone, email us ahead of time so we can provide you with the #.

If you opt not to pay the u$s 6/night fee for this phone, you may still call anywhere in the world (including the USA) at the posted rates in our property.  Our rates are much lower than the internet cafes, with the convenience of calling from your apartment.  All calls to the USA will be billed at a rate of 0.25 cents per minute plus tax. All incoming calls will be billed at 0.15 cents a minute if you opt not to pay the daily fee for this phone.
