Located in the Recoleta neighborhood—considered to be the most elegant and vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this apartment is just one block from the prestigious Avenida Alvear with all of it's upscale shops. It is very spacious with over 750 sq. feet (70 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on a higher floor. It features a blend of minimalism and some of the local architecture. The apartment has it's own private entryway off the elevator for maximum privacy and there are only 2 apartments per floor. There is also a service entrance in the kitchen for cleaning staff and food delivery staff.
The apartment has a balcony with an amazing view of the Embassy of Brazil. The apartment is located on the back of the building so there is no street noise. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom an incredible view and it opens on to a private balcony. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a totally renovated master bathroom. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.
