Located in the neighborhood of Recoleta, an area steeped in history and up-to-the-minute cultural offerings! The balconies of the apartment face towards the parks and the mature trees of Avenida Libertador, a main boulevard, and the elegant shopping street of Alvear (comparable to Rodeo Drive) is just around the corner, along with all the very best in boutiques, restaurants and art and sculpture galleries!

Entering into this apartment feels like walking into a dream! The apartment accommodates 6 people and gives a sensation of taking over a floor in your own private hotel! Space and light and luxury strike you at every turn, from the hard wood, parquet floors, to the white walls displaying art work, to the sleeping accommodation for 4 in 2 main suites: double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and for another 2 in the additional room with a double bed and half bath – suitable for children or guests!

The main living area is enormous, beautifully lit with unique, designer-created hanging light fixtures and everyone has ample room to relax in the comfortable sitting area and watch TV, or sit at the beautiful glass dining table with seating for 6 and share a gourmet meal. Some may choose to soak up the sun on the balcony and watch the world go by, high enough above the hustle and bustle on the 11th floor, not to be disturbed by any reminders of rush hour! There is also an office area in the main living area, equipped with WiFi and a view of the city from a different angle. The whole of one side of the apartment is windows and glass doors onto the extensive balcony, shaded by white linen drapes for privacy when required.

The kitchen, for making those forays into international cuisine will delight any cook! Expansive granite counters, stainless appliances, state-of-the-art sink, and every possible gadget will prove a delight. Lots of natural light, and entrances both from the hall area of the apartment and out to the dining area, add to the delight of creating meals in this space. Nothing has been omitted to give you a culinary experience that you and your fellow guests will treasure long after your return home from this cradle of luxury.

The 2 master-suites have high quality beds and the rooms have fitted closets with lots of hanging space and befitting a stay close to the fashion designers' area of Buenos Aires, and the bathrooms are something out of Architectural Digest! Each is tiled in marble, (floor, walls and ceiling) and the baths have ”rain showers” as well as the latest in raised sinks and gorgeous marble counter tops.
