I have personally come up with design ideas for the best use of spaces on dozens of properties throughout the city.   My renovation ideas have been praised by architects throughout Buenos Aires.  This is a renovation project that lasted 2.5 months.   The apartment was totally transformed with the following changes:

·        Ceiling raised in the dining room

·        Wall knocked out to the kitchen

·        Walls knocked out in the living room

·        Maid’s room converted into luxury full bathroom

·        Sound proof windows added throughout the apartment

·        Kitchen completely renovated

·        Bathrooms completely renovated

·        Hardwood floors restored

·        Custom made furniture added throughout the apartment
