MINIMUM RENTAL - 3 NIGHTS
Top floor studio with one king size bed plus a sleep sofa, and a balcony along the entire end of the apartment, at the rear of the building away from any noise.
This apartment is on the top floor (9th) of a recently constructed building. There is a balcony which runs across the whole width of the apartment, which makes the apartment bright and sunny and full of natural light. There are sliding glass doors both from the main living area and also from the sleeping area onto this balcony.
As you enter the apartment there is a kitchen/dining area with a glass top counter with 4 leather-covered high-backed bar stools on the right, and this separates the kitchen from the sitting and sleeping areas. The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, a 4 burner hob with hood over, a microwave, a fridge freezer, and all the small appliances usually found: including a toaster, juicer and coffee maker. Further into the main room a comfortable sofa, which is also a sleep sofa, with a coffee table in front and an extra armchair, provide a relaxing sitting area.
There is a wall unit with TV and sound system, and WiFi, and desk space with an office chair. Facing this unit is the sleeping area. The bed is king size and furnished with fine linens in neutral colors, set in a large space off to the side of the main room. There are bedside lights for reading in the bed head and blinds and drapes for a good night’s sleep. In the morning there is a cityscape view from the balcony, and chairs to relax in to take your coffee in the fresh air.
The ample-sized, elegant bathroom is fully tiled and has tub and shower behind a glass door. There is a mirror covering the whole wall behind the sink, which is set on a marble counter and has a storage shelf underneath. A closet big enough for sharing has hanging space, drwers and shelves and even has a programmable safe.
The kitchen and the apartment are well equipped and everything is here to enjoy a gourmet meal in your home away from home, but, as an alternative, there are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from – and all within walking distance of the apartment! The décor is modern, and all light-fittings and art work come from Buenos Aires Design.
